Phil’s passion for art & surfing has kept him stoked since his toes first hit the sand. Growing up in Ocean City provided many opportunities to pursue both. Co-Owner of Sagemore Gallery & President of Surfing Artists International keeps Phil firmly planted in both the Fine Arts market & the Surf Industry.

Phil & his wife Tina now live off-shore on a 25 acre farm named the Double O. Having his art studio in a country setting helps him to find peace & inspiration while still enjoying the beach lifestyle.
