SURFING… The sport of Hawaiian Kings has become a part of today’s pop
culture. From its humble beginnings on the islands of Hawaii to the silver screen
and television, surfing is definitely here to stay.
Sagemore Surf Gallery and Surfing Artists International presents it’s 9th annual“Art of Surfing Festival”, which has quickly become the premiere east coast
surfing event of the summer. The festival is an expression of the local surfing
culture and it’s influences from Hawaii and California. This show is for anyone
that is drawn to the ocean and enjoys the beach culture lifestyle.
The Music Pier is located on the Ocean City boardwalk at Moorlyn Terrace &
extends out over the beach & ocean. Every August over 6,000 families converge
on the Music Pier to take part in what has become the largest event of its kind on
the East Coast.
Many of SAI’s internationally acclaimed artists will be on hand to meet the public
for signings & demonstrations of their unique talents. Artists attending the show
